Overview
Nicole Marrone received her Ph.D. in Audiology from Boston University in 2007 and then completed a postdoctoral fellowship in perceptual learning at Northwestern University. Dr. Marrone’s research is focused on the interaction between hearing loss and cognitive factors in auditory perception and how audiologic interventions, such as hearing aids and auditory training, impact listening in everyday environments that contain multiple competing sources and reverberation.
