Clinical Programs in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

"Reaching for Wisdom..... Working for Wonders"

  • Clinical Service
  • Student Training
  • Applied Research

The trifold mission of the Clinical Program includes: 1) provision of evidence-based diagnosis and treatment of hearing, speech, and language disorders for individuals of all ages (infants through elders); 2) education and mentoring of dozens of exceptional clinicians annually through the master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology and the clinical doctoral degree track in Audiology; and 3) development of and participation in applied research protocols which yield new information for clinical decision making. In all we do, there is a continuity of science to service and often, discovery in the labs facilitates recovery in the lives of those we serve.
