The 1st L4 Community Forum meeting will be on Tuesday, August 23, from 5:15-6:45 in Room 229 of the SLHS Building at the University of Arizona. We'll be introducing you to new faculty member Meghan Darling-White, PhD, CCC-SLP, who specializes in motor speech disorders. She'll be facilitating a discussion about working with children with motor needs, including children with CP. We'll also be asking attendess to think about the best ways we can take advantage of the master clinicians in our community in partnership with the UA.
As a reminder, the L4 Community Forum is a free Community Collaborative Learning Series for SLPs. This series allows researchers and community Speech Language Pathologists to discuss the intersection of research and current practice. Researchers present relevant research findings, and facilitate discussion of the topic. All attendees will receive certificates of attendance.
