Located in the College of Science, The University of Arizona's Department
of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences offers educational programs leading
to the B.S., M.S., Au.D., and Ph.D. degrees.
The Master of Science program in Speech-Language Pathology and the Clinical Doctoral program in Audiology at the University of Arizona are accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Faculty are committed to helping
students understand the science of human communication and its disorders
and developing skills as clinicians and researchers. Students have
excellent research opportunities in a multidisciplinary environment
and they obtain diverse clinical experiences. Students also find
that the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and sunny skies of Tucson
make the University of Arizona an especially nice place to go to
