Advising Award to Andrea Palacio

Our department is so fortunate to have hard working and dedicated faculty and staff supporting student learning and engagement. One such person is Andrea Palacio, who was recently honored with the 2020 College of Science Distinguished Academic Advising Award. Some of the wonderful comments on her letters of support included "Highly devoted to providing excellent advising and support to our undergraduate students" AND "Palacio has worked to advance the support of students in a programmatic manner to complement her one-on-one advising and mentoring." SLHS is very pleased to have her on our team.
